These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Lucie Aidart (“I”, “me”, “my”), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, offering writing, books, coaching, shamanic practice, and art and healing events and performances.

By booking, purchasing, or engaging my services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Services may include:

• One-to-one coaching
• Shamanic healing ceremonies
• Writing services
• Workshops, retreats, and events
• Talks and conferences
• Sale of online masterclasses and courses
• Sale of books and written publications

All services are provided in a professional, independent capacity.

2. Booking & Payment

Services are confirmed upon booking and invoice.
For certain engagements, confirmation may occur upon written agreement or contract.

Payment terms will be specified in your invoice, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
• Fees are non-refundable once a session, service, or event has been delivered.

For programmes or longer-term engagements, specific payment schedules may apply and will be defined in writing.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

For coaching sessions:

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.

For shamanic healing ceremonies:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the ceremony will be refunded, minus any non-recoverable venue or room booking costs.
• In the case of last-minute cancellation due to personal circumstances or energetic overwhelm, I aim to act fairly and reasonably, and may offer partial refund or rescheduling at my discretion.
• Rescheduling an in-person ceremony may require payment of a new venue booking fee.

For events, workshops, book sales, or institutional contracts, cancellation terms will be agreed in writing where applicable.

4. Nature of Coaching & Shamanic Work

Coaching and shamanic sessions are collaborative processes intended for personal development, reflection, and insight.

They do not constitute medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice.

I do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

If you are under medical or psychological care, you are encouraged to continue working with your licensed provider.

Participation in ceremonies or healing sessions is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

Results are not guaranteed. My services are intended to support personal insight and development; however, outcomes depend on individual circumstances, choices, actions, and level of engagement. You acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for decisions made before, during, and after engaging my services.

5. Confidentiality

All individual sessions are treated as confidential.

Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

In the context of institutional, governmental, or private group engagements, I maintain strict confidentiality regarding participant identity, session content, and shared materials, unless otherwise defined in a written agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All written materials, frameworks, books, presentations, and session content remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, translate, record, or publicly share materials without prior written permission.

For institutional contracts, intellectual property terms may be defined within the contract.

7. Books & Publications, Online courses and Masterclasses

Books and publications purchased through this website are for personal use only.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

Intellectual property rights remain with the author.

Digital content purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of my services.

My total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the service in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. International Clients

Services may be provided to clients located outside the United Kingdom.

Governing law shall be the law of the United Kingdom.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom..

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the British courts.
