A Soul Retrieval is a ceremony you will usually only need to receive once, or offered to heal a new occurring event or trauma.
What does it mean to become whole?
You are already whole. However, along the journey of life, through fears, negative emotions, small, or larger blocks, repetitive patterns, or traumas, your soul was fragmented, dissociated, and parts of you left, to protect yourself.
My work as a shamanic healer is to bring back the soul parts that are yours, that have left over the course of your life, and are ready to come back, so you can experience life, as whole, as one.
It is a sacred, and deeply powerful ceremony. It will allow you to live your life, and create, from the fullness of who you are. From the integration of the ceremony onwards, you may start making different choices, see different paths available to you, take different actions, respond to the world around you differently, all of which, in turn will help you create and mirror a different life in this world, that may have been previously unavailable to you.

The Power Animal Retrieval Ceremonies are some of my favourite ceremonies, in a realms where animals are our peers, and where we establish a real nurturing relationship with animal spirits. That must be the vegan in me!
I am very grateful, and I have been lucky to work with several power animals, for a moment, or throughout my practice, and I’m always enriched by those encounters, growing with them, in respect of the animal realm.

My Soul Remembering Ceremony experience
I was absolutely amazed, when I received my own Soul Remembering ceremony.
“You are the bridge”, it said, it drew.
To the unknowing of my shamanic healer, I had received those exact words a year prior, was learning to understand what it meant for me, had been writing a novel called
The Antarctic Bridge, and a few months before, had done a photoshoot for my first book, embodying three versions of the self on a bridge.

What to expect in ceremony?
Every Shamanic Healing Ceremony comes with an extraction (the removal of negative spiritual energies), to start our journey together.
Ceremonies usually last one hour, to one hour and a half, and include the ceremony and a time for story and discussion at the end.
After our time together, you’ll receive your story, and notes from the session, for you to hold.
You do not need to know which ceremony you’d like to receive, before getting in touch. Tell me a bit about yourself, what is in your heart and what you are seeking, and we’ll decide intuitively what is the best ceremony for this moment in time.
If you’d like to receive several ceremonies, please do let me know so. We can choose together a calendar with integration times, as well as a custom price. It is possible to receive one or several ceremonies in a year, and it is unique to your own path.
Your ceremony is about presence, and receiving. You do not need to do anything beforehand, but to come open. You’ll feel called to this work, when it is the right time for you. If you wish, you can notice the signs and what happens in your life before the session, as your guides may be communicated with you.
All shamanic healing ceremonies are held online,
or in Tahiti, French Polynesia (in Papeete, or in your home),
or in your home, hotel or accommodation in surrounding islands in French Polynesia, or further afield (please ask for a custom quote including travel).
I can also provide distance work, while you’re resting at home, if online or in person work is not possible. I’ll call you, or send you a vocal message afterwards with your story.

What is Shamanic Healing?
I practice Core Shamanism, first defined and taught by Michael Harner, transmitted to my mentor Daniel Léonard by Sandra Ingerman, through storytelling, energetic work, shamanic drumming and rattle.
It is grounded in my own heritage and art, as well as on the Polynesian islands where I currently reside.
Shamanism is a spiritual practice to reconnect to our Self, our power, our soul and our subconscious,
and to transmute our fears, traumas and loss of power towards positive, powerful, loving, light, free and reconciliatory energies.
My encounter with shamanism
This was our last morning in Vancouver, after a month holidays in British Colombia, Canada. Heading to the airport, walking out of our Airbnb, and of a very short and agitated night, backpacks strapped on, I impulsively took a book from a free little library. It was called Shaman. I knew it was meant for me, even though I had zero idea of what was shamanism. I started reading it on the plane, only interrupted by an incredible show of northern lights. I knew there and then, with linguistic naivety and immemorial certainty, that I would become a “shaman”.
What I didn’t know was the work that needed to be done in order to do so, the transformation I would have to go through, the healing crisis and awakenings that would ensue.
At the time of this unexpected and destined encounter with shamanism, I already felt quite “advanced” on my healing and recovery path: I had found emotional peace, recovered from a travel burnout, was healthier than ever, and enjoyed a beautiful creative and spiritual life, alongside my love.
However, a healing and spiritual crisis was already on my doorstep, rocking my relationship, my foundations and the meaning of my healing path.
Two months later, following the signs and synchronicities of life, I received my first soul retrieval, marking the beginning of my shamanic initiation, while I was drowning in romantic despair, and an emotional turmoil that I had thought I was long done with.
For a year, I went back and forth between Canada and Scotland, staying months at a time on Salt Spring Island, British Colombia, to become a shamanic practitioner with Daniel Léonard and Elaine Hyde, within the Medicine Circle.
Throughout this year, integrating the shamanic healing ceremonies, as I was being trained, the pieces of my life were brought back together, one by one, this time, from a healthier and steadier ground, without letting past traumas inform and lead my emotions and decisions.
Training, initiation, and healing protocol, this year allowed me to receive and integrate all the shamanic ceremonies I offer today. These were key in helping me heal buried, sometimes lost and forgotten traumas, becoming whole, letting go of negative patterns and fears, finding and embodying my power, remembering my soul’s purpose, embodying sovereignty, and being of service.
The path I’ve walked, and still walk to this day, allows me to hold you in ceremony, to guide and accompany you on your own journey.
Romantic, emotional and material chaos, created from my subconscious, fears and traumas, disappeared, as I showed up differently.
I could heal entirely from a mysterious back injury that had been troubling me since my near-death experience.
Despite life contrasts, obstacles and challenges, doubts about the path, or my intuition were gone.
I could finish writing my first novel, embodying my creative power.
The “small and big” traumas from my youth dissolved, forgiven, given back to the ethers.
I became a shamanic healer, sharing with you this medicine that has transformed my life.
I opened wider to spiritual depths, to others states of consciousness, to awakening and to beingness.
And through being, my soul’s mission found its way to me.
Shamanism found me at the end of a cycle.
For me, it was the cornerstone of a complete and powerful healing,
opening new worlds and possibilities.

You are the healer within
A healing path, through shamanism and/or different other modalities and medicine is personal and different for each of us, depending on where/when it finds us, what we are ready to let go of, and who we are ready to become, what we came here to learn in this time of life, what is our soul’s mission, and journey.
We are all on our own path, and we are all the healer within.
As a shamanic practictionner (and so it goes for all practices you will encounter), I am a facilitator and a catalyst, dialoguing with other levels of consciousness, guides and allies.
Your body, your soul, your spirit, your mind know, remember and actively participate in your healing.
My role is to bring you back, one step and one ceremony at a time, to your full power, to your remembrance, to your wholeness; and to be a witness, a companion, a light to cross invisible bridges. The path is then entirely yours, in full sovereignty.
Integration takes time, and everything that happens before and after a ceremony is meaningful and part of the transformation.
We cannot know in advance what is ready or calling to be healed at a specific moment in time, but we can open to receive, knowing that we will be guided by our intuitions and guides towards better wellbeing. That’s the transformative power of a shamanic healing ceremony: calling forth the power and knowing within you to walk with grace on your path.
Sometimes, the calling is loud and inevitable. At other times, it is subtle and impermanent, opening a first door towards what’s next.
