The Alter Lab is a collaborative creative laboratory, to explore together new forms of creation, co-creation and manifestation through art, dream-weaving, visualisations and other states of consciousness.
This first Lab, Your Generous Imagination, harnesses the power of group visualisation in service of the creation, manifestation of your own choosing.

Kaila Corsiglia
Kaila is a self-development coach, podcast host, and thought leader. She became fascinated by the relationship between the mind and the soul as early as her teen years, and beginning in her late 20’s began radically following the guidance of her soul. She feels passionately about helping people step into an empowered state by teaching them how to conjure up positive emotional states. She has over 450 hours of coaching experience, over 100 podcast episodes, and has been an entrepreneur for 5 years.
A fun recent creation:
On top of her own creations she recently accepted a role with a non-profit organization focused on creating meaningful spaces for women to connect with themselves and others through events, retreats, and initiatives and is rooted in self-discovery, personal growth, wellness, and building a supportive community of women.
What she will bring to our group:
Kaila will lead our weekly group visualisations sessions, help to guide us into our most aligned intuitive creation, and bring in her experience as a life coach, as well as participate in the experiment alongside you.
Lucie Aidart
Lucie is a writer and shamanic healer. She is fascinated by how we create, in life and art, in what we create, and how we can create new worlds and communities from a space of light, peace and wisdom.
For over a decade, she has been experimenting in life and writing, around what it means to create from the soul, through the soul and with the soul, letting her intuition lead the way.
She is now keen to work in community, and share her experience through art performances, group offerings and individual sessions. The Alter Lab is part of a new wave of creations, bringing art and soul, into our real lives.
A fun recent creation:
After deciding to move to Tahiti with her partner, she quickly manifested a three-week housesitting gig in Bora-Bora, allowing them to experience the lagoon and this paradisiac island on the daily.
What she will bring to the group:
Lucie will hold the field of the group, record the experiment, and weave together the learnings of this first experiment. She will also bring in shamanic ritual anchoring, an art practice to the experiment, and guide you into your most aligned now creation.
What if all creation was co-creation?
An experiment in co-creation
No matter our circumstances, our lives are interweaved with those of others, with nature and the world around us, and the creations, the art, the culture and the systems already in place.
We have the power to create in resonance with the world and vibrations around us, when we are not fighting against the currents, nor against our most soul aligned choices.
Group creation, group visualisation, as collective meditation brings in more creative power and juices, especially when it is done in generous service to the other, and in reciprocal offering.
This is our premise and our conviction, and a technique that Kaila has already experimented with in her coaching groups.
This is the realm in which we would love to play in with you, offering to support your most aligned now creation in a group, staying open to the learnings and to what the experiment guides us into. We are also keen to record what happens in our experiment, for future groups or teachings.
Your soul aligned now creation or manifestation
To choose what wish, what manifestation, what creation you would like to bring for the group to hold in visualisation, your soul-aligned now creation or manifestation:
It can be a need, a want, a dream, something that has been percolating for a long time, and is never landing fully, or something new, that shows up right on the doorstep of this experiment.
It is something true, something resonant, something open, something beautiful, something your heart’s desire, something you don’t know how to reach, something that you deeply desire but feels impossible, or has been unavailable for a long time.
It is also something that is NOW. As in, not the creation that is a thousands of steps away, but something that is already in the field for you, and that we can anchor in the course of these weeks together. It doesn’t have to be grand, nor does it have to be small.
As an example, for me, Lucie, if I would take part alongside you, it could be: getting my finished novel published, reaching a certain number of readers for my first book, finding my next aligned home, a specific act of help for a friend, etc. For Kaila, it could be getting her life coaching practice be fully booked out.
As always, your intuition will know, will guide us, and we may actually be surprised in the expanse of what can be created in those weeks together, and marvel at it.
It is important for the integrity of this experiment, that your manifestation is aligned with your soul wishes, your deeper intuition. We will take the time during our first call to land fully into our inner voices, and find out what is each of our creation for this experiment. If that doesn’t emerge during the first group call, don’t worry, we will take the time to sit with you and dig deeper to let it come to the surface.

In devotion to the experiment and to the group
The most important part of our experiment is the service, the devotion and the act of showing to the group. This is how we will harness the power of group creation and visualisation, to fuel and nourish your creation, your desire, your manifestation.
We are looking for 5 people to take part in the experiment with us over the course of 6 weeks. During our first call, which may be our longest call, we will figure a day and time for our calls that works best for everyone, and everyone’s timezone. We will need you to be present for each call, to help serve everyone’s vision.
This is a free experiment and experience for this first lab, and we really count on your commitment if you choose to take part. Kaila and myself, Lucie, are giving our time and expertise, and we would love to see what is possible to create for all of us.
We truly believe in the value of learning together and being of service to one another.
Lucie will gather stories and results of this first experiment, for further labs, creations and teachings. These may take the form of articles, videos, reviews or interviews. These will be shared anonymously, unless if, in a specific case you are asked for consent to share your story with your name and photo.

The Schedule for Your Generous Imagination

We gather to get to know each other, find out more about the experiment, figure out a time that works for all.
Next we connect to our intuition and to our most aligned creation.
Finally, we gather our imagination for our first subject. -
For the next two weeks, we use the power of visualisation and imagination for the next two participants.

In addition to the visualisation, the last three participants will receive a creative anchor, through a group exercise (no artistic skills required).
Last call will be our closing call.
We may connect via call, or messaging, or form to receive updates about everyone’s journey afterwards.
This experiment is completely free.
You will be asked, however, to show up to every call, to give feedback and testimonies about the experiment, about what happened during and after within your life, related to your creation.
In service of your vision and creation, you’ll also be asked to do a small practice, ritual, offering, anchoring action related to what you desire. You’ll choose what this action is, with the help of the group, or the guides if you need it.
